How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Voljoined Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Voljoined Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Voljoined Septic cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@voljoined.beer and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
