How Our Network Works
Request an estimate and compare
Who You Talk To
You will speak with an independent provider in our network. These are local septic and sewer businesses. Voljoined Septic does not do the work, so the provider is the one who answers your questions, visits your home and gives you a quote.
What Happens Next
After you send a request, a provider may reach out. They will usually ask a few simple things:
- What are you seeing or smelling?
- When did it start?
- How old is the house and the system?
- Has anything been repaired before?
Share what you know. "I am not sure" is a fine answer, especially in an older home. The provider can often find out more on a visit.
What to Ask a Provider
A few good questions can make the choice easier:
- What do you think is causing this, and how will you confirm it?
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
- Are there extra costs if you find something unexpected?
- Do you have experience with homes this age?
- How soon can you look at it?
- Will you explain any repair options, not just one?
For pumping, ask about the tank size and whether the drainfield will be checked. For sewer work, ask whether a camera inspection comes first.
Keep Notes as You Go
Write down names, dates and what each provider tells you. A short list makes it easy to compare when you sit down later in Newton or anywhere else in the Newton area.
You Are in Control
You can talk to more than one provider. You can ask for time to think. You can say no. There is no obligation, and no one should pressure you. Compare the answers, trust the one that feels clear, and decide at your pace.
